Today we took a large team to compete at the Cross Country Event in Castlederg High School. Each child gave their all in a fabulous day.
A special mention needs to go to one of our Year 6 girls in the longest race of the day who ran back to a teammate who was finding it tough and took her hand and ran with her. It was a really emotional moment for our staff and showed that the children really understood what the whole event is about for us.
We’ll see you at the bingo tonight before enjoying a well deserved sleep.
